To request pre-evaluation of external undergraduate college courses from domestic U.S. institutions that do not currently appear in the online transfer equivalency database, please submit this online form to the SD School of Mines Registrar’s Office and the official college transcript(s). (Pre-evaluation of international college courses and graduate courses is not available via this format.)

Syllabus information may be required on some courses. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for processing after the arrival of the official transcript(s). This evaluation request expires after six weeks if the official transcript(s) are not received.
