    The Delaware legislature is considering mandating that three districts pilot DSEA's new teacher evaluation rating algorithm

    via House Bill 399. Using this


    algorithm a teacher who struggles with Instruction, Classroom Environment and helping students to improve can still be considered "Effective."

    Test out a fictional teacher's ratings below for an example.
